About

Elk Run Homes builds custom homes across Eastern Washington and North Idaho, including Spokane, Spokane Valley, Coeur d’Alene, and surrounding Inland Northwest communities. We help homeowners connect land, design, budget, and construction in one clear process, from homesite feasibility and land purchase guidance to design coordination, site preparation, permitting, and the finished home. Our Owner-Builder Partner Program supports homeowners managing their own build. We also help families plan wildfire rebuilds in the Spokane area. Whether you own land or are still looking, we help you understand your property, priorities, and next steps before construction begins.
